Emily Maurer, Graphic Design & Illustration

Hi, I’m Emily. I am a multidisciplinary designer based in New York City. I hold a BFA in Graphic Design with a double major in Neuroscience. I’ve had the pleasure to work on a wide variety of client projects at agencies, in-house, and as a freelancer. Currently, I’m focusing on honing my UI/UX skills as a communication designer at WordPress VIP. I’m passionate about work-life balance and am a strong proponent of remote work.

I love the strange, the morbid, and the unexpected. I love to turn simple ideas upside down and make complicated ones easier to understand. When not working, you can find me running, volunteering in my community, and getting my hands messy with my husband and three kids.
